How Pricing Works

Basic Dubbing
ASR + Translation + TTS. Each minute of video deducts 1 minute from your monthly quota. This is the most cost-efficient mode.
Lip Sync (Pro+)
GPU-based lip sync costs more to process, so it deducts 3x quota per minute (Pro) or 2x (Business). No separate per-minute charge.
Voice Cloning (Pro+)
Clone a voice from a sample and use it in dubs. Deducts 2x quota per minute (Pro) or 1.5x (Business).
Overage
Exceeded your monthly quota? Keep going — overage minutes are billed at your plan rate (Starter $0.50, Pro $0.30, Business $0.20 per minute). Free tier requires upgrade.

No quota deducted on processing failures — unsuccessful jobs are not charged.

FAQ

How does billing work?

Monthly subscription via Creem.io. Your plan includes a fixed number of minutes per month. Any overage is billed at your plan's per-minute rate. Cancel anytime from account settings.

How do lip sync and voice cloning work?

Lip sync and voice cloning are included in Pro and Business plans. Because they use expensive GPU-based AI, they consume quota at a higher rate (e.g. 3x for lip sync on Pro, 2x on Business). There's no separate per-minute charge — it all comes from your monthly quota.

What if I exceed my monthly limit?

You can keep processing — overage minutes are billed at your plan's rate ($0.50/min for Starter, $0.30/min for Pro, $0.20/min for Business). Free tier users need to upgrade to continue.

Do unused minutes roll over?

No, quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle. This is standard practice across the industry — all major AI dubbing platforms follow this model.

Can I get a refund?

Subscription payments are non-refundable. However, first-time subscribers with minimal usage (quota consumption under 10%) may request a refund within 3 business days of subscription by contacting support. Fees corresponding to used quota are non-refundable. Exceptions apply for platform-caused service outages.

Why does lip sync use 3x quota?

Lip sync uses GPU-intensive inference, which costs significantly more than standard dubbing. To fairly distribute compute costs, Pro tier lip sync consumes 3x quota and Business tier 2x. Quota is deducted from your monthly allowance — no separate per-minute charge.

What's the advantage of Business over Pro?

Business gets lower quota multipliers (lip sync at 2x instead of 3x, voice clone at 1.5x instead of 2x), meaning each minute of quota goes further. Plus 500 min/month, API access, priority ticket support, and early access to advanced features.
