Welcome to DubRelay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DubRelay platform, an AI video dubbing and localization service available at dubrelay.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

DubRelay provides an AI-powered platform for video dubbing and localization. Our services include automated translation of subtitles and scripts, text-to-speech voice generation, custom voice cloning, and optional lip-sync alignment. We continuously improve these features, and the specific capabilities available to you may depend on your subscription plan.

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for your activity on the platform. You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to upload, translate, and dub any video or audio content you submit.
• Not upload content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Not upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all video files, audio samples, scripts, and other materials you upload to the platform. DubRelay does not claim ownership of your content. We process your content only to provide the dubbing and localization services you request.

DubRelay platform: The DubRelay platform, including its software, design, branding, translation models, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of DubRelay and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the DubRelay name, trademarks, or proprietary technology except as necessary to use the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Abusing, overloading, or attempting to disrupt the service, its servers, or its infrastructure.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data from the platform without our written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code or internal workings of the platform.
• Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing access to your account or subscription credits to third parties.
• Using the service to generate content that impersonates another person without their consent or that is intended to deceive.

5. Subscription and Billing

DubRelay offers monthly subscription plans with a defined allocation of usage credits. The following billing terms apply:

• Monthly subscription: Plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
• Auto-renewal: For international payments, subscriptions may be set to automatically renew each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.
• Credits: Usage credits are tied to your current billing cycle and do not roll over to subsequent cycles. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period.
• Plan changes: Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Service Changes

We are continually improving DubRelay. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including specific features, supported languages, or subscription plans, at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that materially affect your subscription where possible. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DubRelay and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing results before publishing or distributing them.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination including those regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disclaimers will remain in effect.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
