• Account information: Your registration email address and a password (stored in hashed form) when you create an account.
• Uploaded content: Video files you upload for dubbing or localization, along with any subtitles, glossaries, or project settings you configure.
• Voice clone samples: Audio samples you provide for the purpose of creating custom voice clones, used only with your consent for the intended voice model.
• Payment information: Billing details are handled entirely by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your full credit card numbers.
• Usage data: Basic operational logs such as project history, feature usage, and technical information needed to keep the service running reliably.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the dubbing, translation, and localization services you request.
• Improve translation quality, voice naturalness, and overall output accuracy over time.
• Manage your account, process payments, and communicate with you about your subscription.
• Diagnose technical issues and protect the platform against abuse or fraud.

3. Third-Party Services

DubRelay relies on trusted third-party providers to deliver parts of the service:

• Payment processors: Handle subscription billing and transactions securely on our behalf.
• AI translation providers: Power the automated translation of subtitles and scripts into supported languages.
• Text-to-speech (TTS) providers: Generate the dubbed audio tracks and voice clones used in your projects.

These providers process only the data necessary to perform their specific function and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We share only the minimum information required to complete each task.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations:

• Video files: Once a project is processed, the resulting files are kept available for download for 30 days, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.
• Voice clone samples: Retained for as long as your custom voice model is active. Deleting the voice model also removes the underlying sample.
• Account data: Kept for the lifetime of your account and deleted upon your request or account closure, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Opt-out: You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time.
